Ms. Edmunson will be speaking with groups of caregivers in order to provide support and information for them as they care for loved ones. She offers a positive system for staying strong when in the challenging role of caregiver for a loved one. Using caregiving affirmations, Janet learned to "make meaning" of the situation she faced when Charles, her beloved husband of 20 years, was diagnosed with PSP. Since Janet has been both a caregiver and healthcare professional, she has a dual perspective to offer.
