Loyalty Lab Adds Keith Rose As President

Large Revenue Growth Attracts Seasoned Industry Veteran

San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) April 21, 2010

Loyalty Lab (http://www. loyaltylab. com), Inc., the leader in accelerating and motivating deeper customer relationships, announced the addition of seasoned executive Keith Rose to its management team. As President, Mr. Rose will be solely responsible for driving the financial and market growth of the company.

Mr. Rose has more than two decades of industry experience. He is known as an innovator in the marketing industry and has driven many of the most successful loyalty, rewards and CRM programs for major brands such as Visa, United Airlines, Northwest Airlines, Macy’s, Wal-Mart, Wells Fargo, HP and others. Mr. Rose has held a variety of other executive or managerial roles in his career including executive vice president of Carlson Marketing Group, vice president at Charles Schwab, and brand manager at Procter & Gamble.

“Loyalty Lab has redefined what traditional loyalty means by making it easy to motivate consumers faster, versus how they naturally engage with brands across the Web, social networks, email and mobile channels,” said Mr. Rose. ”Our unique programs motivate consumers to fall in love with a brand faster and tell more of their friends. And because we use cutting edge technology and leverage all communication channels, we can do it faster, more effectively and more economically. That’s why I see Loyalty Lab becoming the largest player in a new and highly innovative loyalty landscape within the next three years.”

“After a phenomenal 2009, we are excited to bring Keith into Loyalty Lab to accelerate growth even more,” said Matt Howland (http://www. loyaltylab. com/public/management. aspx), Loyalty Lab’s CEO. “His extensive experience working with top national and global brands will provide us with tremendous support and leadership as we expand our platform and verticals.”

When asked what has led to the large revenue growth that attracted him, Mr. Rose said, “Loyalty Lab made some really timely innovations that fit right in the sweet spot of where the marketplace has moved. They’ve built the only Full-Spectrum Engagement & Adaptive Incentive Platform out there that can drive down technology and operating costs by up to 40 percent for marketers. It easily integrates data across all online environments, including social networks, and leverages both non-monetary and monetary incentives to maximize performance over the lifetime of a brand’s customer interactions. Nobody out there is even close to Loyalty Lab. So I thought I’d join them and have fun creating a revolution in the marketing community.”
