Trans-ExecÂ’s Executive Chef program invites one chef a month to prepare a special signature dish. Noted chefs from some of the best restaurants in Los Angeles are thrilled to get the call, as it gives them an opportunity to be creative and impress some of the most influential people in the world. The only conditions are, the meal must be able to be prepared in the relatively small galley onboard the private jet, and only fresh ingredients may be usedÂ… with no reheating of previously made dishes.
